MICROWAVE CAVITY RESONATORS AS CIRCUIT ELEMENTS

Abstract

The differential equation for the equivalent circuit of a double loop coupled micro-wave cavity resonator has been determined by the application of Lagrange's equation. The losses on the walls and the Q of the cavity operating in the TEll. mode have been evaluated with the help of the field equations.
