Abstract


Electrophilic  substitution  reactions  of  metal  coordindted  beta-ketoamines  and thio beta-diketones  are  surveyed.  Methods  of  diagnosing  substitution  at the  gamma-carbon  of  the chelate  are  also  reviewed.
