CONSTITUENTS OF THE MARKING-NUT: 'SEMECARPUS ANACARDIUM' LINN.
Abstract
The marking-nut tree, Semecarpus anacardium Linn., occurs in the tropical outer Himalayas and in the hotter parts of India with the exception of the Eastern Peninsula. The tree itself grows to a height of 20-40 feet, with a girth of 4-6 feet and with bark 1 inch thick.
