Abstract


The action of iso-nicotinic acid hydrazide (INH) on the respiration of Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37 Ro strain as also on some enzymes has been studied.Based on these results and in consideration with the previous literature on the subject a hypothetical postulation regarding its mode of action has been advanced.
