A THEORETICAL ANALYSIS OF THE SOURCE-EXCITED ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS

Abstract


The paper presents an anaiysis of the source-excited fields. The method is applied to the case of a wave guide formed by two parallel plate dielectrics. The condition for the existence of surface wave, leaky wave and guided wave is discussed.
